Shipping 

The Barberhood offers free shipping within Australia on all orders $50 and over. All orders under $50 will be charged at a flat rate of $9.95.

Our delivery time starts within the first 24 hours of your purchase, where your items will be packed and dispatched. Please allow up to 5 business days for metropolitan deliveries to arrive. Regional areas may take up to 1-3 additional working days. 

Click & Collect 
We also offer a free click & collect service from our Sydney CBD locations.

P.O. Boxes 
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses at this time.

Orders containing dangerous goods
If your order contains hazardous or flammable items (e.g. fragrances, aftershaves or aerosols), then it must be sent via a courier service.

If you have entered the wrong shipping details

If you have entered the wrong shipping information and if the package is still in our warehouse, we can update the address. If the package has left our warehouse we will try to intercept it. In the unsuccessful event we cannot stop the delivery we will provide you with the name and contact details of the shipping company for you to follow up directly. 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. 

In most instances the courier company will leave a delivery card in your absence.
This card will have the details of where and when your package will be safely stored ready for pick up.

We will usually post your order the same day it is received, provided it is placed before 2:00PM (AEST), Monday to Friday. During sale periods, same day dispatch may not apply but we will endeavour to ship your order out as soon as possible. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Once the package has been delivered to your shipping address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a package left unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address or parcel locker.

Gift Cards 

For Gift Cards to be Redeemed you must have the gift card present upon use.  The Barberhood Digital Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
